Announcement of New Chief Financial Officer of Heritage Oil Limited (“HOL”)

Heritage Oil Limited is pleased to announce that it has appointed Arnaud Mallet de Chauny as its new Chief Financial Officer with effect from the 1^st September 2023.

Arnaud brings over thirty years of international finance experience, having worked in Africa, Europe, Middle East and North America. Arnaud’s previous role was with Puma Energy International where he held the position of Regional CFO.

Arnaud holds a Diploma in Commercial, Administrative and Financial Studies from the Kedge Business School.
